Students will receive spelling list of 20 words each week. We will start each week with a Spelling Pre-test. We will then study the phonics lesson associated with the list.

Students will receive a "Spelling Contract" sheet at the beginning of each week. They must complete their assignments throughout the week. Their spelling homework is due on Friday.

The "Tic Tac Toe" board is designed for students to complete three assignments throughout the week. Students are encouraged to change their formation each week.

Students will be assessed on their weekly list on Friday.
